Below is our Annual Registration Form required by the Authority’s Terminal Tariffs.  This ABR Form must be completed by ALL firms that conduct business with the Authority or on Authority premises.  As stated on the Form, it is your responsibility to read and understand Tariff provisions, particularly the General Rules and Regulations portion (Tariff No. 8, pages 1-10B) (Tariff No. 21, pages 1-14A) (Tariff No. 2, pages 1-13A).  All Tariffs are available online at http://www.port-of-charleston.com/charleston/resources/tariff/tariff.asp.

Please complete the Fiscal Year 2010 ABR Form in its entirety and return it along with your certificate of insurance to the attention of Risk Management by June 22, 2009.  A self-addressed envelope is enclosed for your convenience.

Note:  Certificate of Insurance must be submitted with your completed ABR Form.  To expedite your registration approval, please forward the Insurance Agent’s Page to your agent(s) requesting a current certificate of insurance for all lines of coverage with all required endorsements and policy endorsement forms. 

If you no longer require access to SCSPA facilities, please return the ABR Form with your company name and N/A written in large print across the front, or otherwise contact us.  Also, please remember to advise your insurance agent to delete us from your certificate holder list.

All vehicles utilized on terminal(s) by your company personnel must be properly placarded, clearly identifying your company’s name.
